The PlayStation 2 may be the bestselling home console of all time, but in Japan its sales have been surpassed by the Nintendo 3DS as of this week, The 3DS is now the 3rd bestselling system of all time in Japan behind only the Gameboy line of products and the Nintendo DS. It is not likely to surpass those however, as there is too great a numbers gape. Still these are good numbers for the 3DS, which was once a struggling system.
