Hey you Pinball FX2 freaks! Feel like causing some mayhem and destruction? Well, your day has come! Ms. ‘Splosion Man comes to Pinball FX2 today on Xbox Live Arcade for 240 Microsoft Points.

ZEN Studios and Twisted Pixel have joined forces to bring us one of the most vibrant, exciting and well designed tables yet for Pinball FX2. The new table is obviously based on Twisted Pixel’s recent XBLA release, “Ms. ‘Splosion Man”.

The first thing you’ll notice about this table, is the color pink. Which isn’t a negative. Vibrant pinks and blues are abundant throughout the table design. Believe me, when playing a pinball table for hours your eyes will start to get tired. These colors make it easy on the eyes.

With Ms. ‘Splosion Man dancing in the corner, she also spits out one-liners from songs by Gwen Stefani and The Spice Girls. The Mighty Eternal is prominent at the top of the table. He belts out phrases such as “No Bueno!” in a glitchy robot voice.  It’s a really funny table to experience. Ms. ‘Splosion Man’s music theme is quite catchy as well. You’ll be “do-do-do”-ing all day after playing the table.

This is one of the best tables for scoring as well. My second playthrough I was able to score 350 million! The table missions are easy to understand and navigate. One has you ‘sploding through walls. Another has you ‘sploding through barrels. Leading up to the final battle with The Mighty Eternal in which you free ‘Splosion Man from his clutches. He joins the Missus on the table for a quick celebration, and then back to the game it goes.

You can tell that ZEN Studios worked closely with Twisted Pixel to basically reimagine the Ms. ‘Splosion Man game into a pinball table. Hopefully, we will be seeing more collaborations with other game studios to make tables based on other game IPs. I’m sure no one would object to a Halo or Gears of War based table.

I highly recommend this new table to all Pinball FX2 owners. Even if you’ve never played Ms. ‘Splosion Man, you’ll find this table enjoyable and highly addictive. Also, if you’re a fan of Twisted Pixel and the ‘Splosion Man series it’s a no-brainer.

Have fun out there ‘sploding today pinball fans!
