No GravatarKazunori Yamauchi, President of Polyphony Digital Inc, the developer behind Gran Turismo Sport announced recently in a post on the official website, that the Playstation 4 exclusive title will be delayed until sometime in 2017.

Gran Turismo Sport was first announced during the Paris Game Week in October 2015, being touted as the most realistic racing game to date. Starting with vehicles such as the 2015 Mazda Roadster S (ND) and Ford Mustang GT Premium Fastback that have been meticulously recreated to match their real world counterpart an nineteen race tracks with twenty-seven layouts. Players will also be able to acquire a FIA Gran Turismo Digital License once  completing  lessons in racing etiquette in the Campaign mode and reaching a certain levels of achievement in the Sport Mode, which the developer states will equal to the real license.

There was no explanation as to why the delay, but we can assume that there must have been some big factors, considering the game was suppose to be released this November. We had written to the publisher and developer to get more details, but we had not received a response as of press time.
