The developers of Rainway recently did a Reddit AMA and discussed some very interesting things.
When it comes to Switch, everything is on track for release and proceeding well. There will be a need for a constant internet connection as well as it requiring your PC to be logged in and there will be local input lag of 2-3ms between frames. However, it will also have per-game button configurations that are easy to set up, and remote rumble is supported.
There are also plans to expand Rainway past just game streaming, but that is not being discussed now.
