Super Bomberman R Was Made With Unity

No GravatarSome new information has come out about Super Bomberman R that may surprise some people. The official GDC 2017 site lists Super Bomberman R as one of the playable games developed with the Unity engine. It is a bit strange that rather than going with internal tools, Konami and HexaDrive decided to use a third-party engine.

The bigger news here however, is that this confirms Unity will be supported Day One on the Switch. Hopefully this will help development of more Switch games go quickly.
