No GravatarBrisbane, Australia based indie development studio Witch Beam will be bringing their arcade-style twin-stick shooter Assault Android Cactus to the Xbox One console November 7, 2017.

Assault Android Cactus scraps the traditional life system and in place is a continuous draining battery. Players will take either Junior Constable Cactus or one of her friends who are equipped with their own primary weapon that never runs out of ammo, along with a secondary weapon with a cooldown timer. Going across the twenty-five levels struggling to regain control of the Genki Star space freighters from the robot workers and five bosses finishing the level before the timer runs out.

The spirit of our game comes from a love of the arcade culture we grew up with, says Santana Mishra, director, Witch Beam. I’m excited Xbox One owners will get to experience Cactus’s non-stop action, and in glorious 4K HD on the Xbox One X.

Assault Android Cactus has already been released for the Playstation 4, Windows, Mac, and Linux. The game will be available as a free thirty minute trial, before purchasing. The Xbox One version will be available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Japanese for $14.99.
