Noitu Love: Devolution has been a hotly anticipated indie game for the Wii U and 3DS and fans are in luck. It was revealed on twitter today that the release date will be announced very soon. Just a little longer till we know when we can play.
To be specific, Noitu Love for 3DS/Wii U is ready, but we are waiting for the right time to release. We are announcing a release date soon!
