The Last of Us II has been banned in around 20 countries in the MENA region including:
The only country in the region to not have banned the game, seems to be Israel at this time. The game will not be localized into Arabic at this time it seems.
Going by comments from PlayStation Support, The Last of Us 2 may not be available due to the “competent authorities” having probably banned the title.
