Finally!!!!!!

The PlayStation Network has finally gone back online in all areas of the United States, as well as Canada. There are other areas that have yet to hop back online, but that will be remedied shortly once Sony gets out all the kinks.

What many PlayStation 3 owners woke up to this mourning was a brand new firmware update. Upon downloading the update, a change of password was asked for, and finally players were able to play their games online. A wide-spread sense of relief can be felt from gamers, developers, and Sony themselves after having endured such a long, agonizing, and tiresome three weeks.

As of this moment, the PlayStation store has yet to be restored fully, for obvious and understandable reasons. But feel free to finally hop online with some SOCOM 4, Mortal Kombat, or even link up your Steam account to your PSN for some Portal 2 action or Co-op.

Either way, Welcome Back PSN.
