Unholy Night was announced and shown off at Hong Kong Retro Game Expo ’16. It  is a new fighting game for the SNES made by developers formerly with SNK who worked on Kizuna Encounter and KOF98, 2001 and 2002 for that company. The game is a played on a 32MB Cartridge and is a 2D fighting game with an interesting art style. It will be released in February 2017 but it is not clear if the west will also get it at that time.

I would love to see this indie game brought to a modern system like the Nintendo Switch by the developers, and hope that is indeed planned for some point.
