Shovel Knight has been released on almost every platform available including the Switch, a system that came out long after the game’s release. Despite the late release however, the game has done very welletty well on the platform.
In an interview with Destructoid, Yacht Club Games’ Sean Velasco and David D’Angelo revealed that Switch accounts for “25% of total sales on all platforms,” which the team feels is “wild”. Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove has been said to be selling “decently” on all platforms overall.
