With many different themes for these puzzles, there will be a lot of interesting sessions of gaming for the player to undertake. It is interesting playing a game like this, as it tests the player’s mettle.
The game keeps track of how long it takes the player to beat the puzzle with a timer. It can take the player out of it, but it is also good for those who are speedy at finishing crosswords. I honestly never figured I’d have trouble finding words with a timer going. It makes something that is is usually peaceful a game and forces the player to beat the clock. It would help to turn off the clock, but then it also wouldn’t be much of a game.
The music for the game doesn’t help as it repeats on a loop. As the player works to finish the word searches, they are forced to listen to the same awful song on repeat. The only recourse is for the player to turn off the music and play in solitude, which can be a nice change of pace.
Word Search is a simple game that tasks the player with finishing word searches. With so many to complete the player will have so many hours of fun. It’s so nice to have a game like this, as it could bring in non-gamers. Maybe after finishing a few word searches, these non-gamers might be inspired to play more games. While not a given, it is good to have games like this on a system. Word Search by Powgi is a great game for a short mental workout and that’s good in my book.
