Stern Pinball has announced that their next pinball machine release will be one based on the hit Netflix series Stranger Things.The table will be set in the world of the game and tell a story about the going ons in Hawkins, Indiana, as players encounter mysteries pulled directly from the show, with regulars such as Mike, Dustin, Joyce, Lucas, Will and Chief Hopper, and Eleven appearing.
The table will release in Pro, Premium, and Limited Edition formats. The Premium model will include a built-in video projector that will display images and animations directly on the playfield. The table will also have a main ramp that doubles as a video monitor, and a magnetic lock feature to represent Eleven’s abilities. This model will retail for $7,699. The Limited Edition model, will come with all of those featured and will also include exclusive cabinet art, a mirrored backglass, custom art blades, an autographed bottom arch, anti-reflection playfield glass, and a shaker motor – a classic pinball feature that causes the whole cabinet to rumble. The Limited Edition will release 500 machines globally and will cost $9,099.
Stranger Things Pinball will release in 2020.
