We previously reported that Metal Slug Awakening would be coming to PS4 and PS5, based on what seemed to be an official account announcing the news.
However, SNK has since stated that said account is not affiliated with Metal Slug and the news is not true.
We apologize for the lapse in judgement and will be more careful in the future.
