HAMSTER has revealed that the Namco arcade game Phelios will be coming to Arcade Archives
Phelios is a shooting game released by Namco in 1989. You control the Pegasus-wielding knight “Apollo” and fight to save his sister “Artemis” who has been captured by the evil beast “Dupont”. The event scene where Artemis is shown in between stages is beautiful, and it is a popular title even when the arcade version was launched. A number of productions that utilize the rotation, enlargement, and contraction functions of the System II board are also highlights.
Arcade Archives Phelios will release on Switch and PlayStation 4 on February 2, 2023.
