Bethesda has released a patched for the re releases of Doom and Doom II to make the Bethesda.net log In optional. The patch also removed the disconnect notification during gameplay.
Bethesda also noted that they are continuing to work on fixes to reduce the visibility of the login option and that uopdates are coming for the Slayers club rewards.
