Nintendo is once again being hit with a class-action lawsuit dealing with the Switch Joy-Cons, this time in Quebec, Canada.
This lawsuit was filed by Lambert Avocat Inc., and it includes the Switch, Switch Lite, Pro Controller, and Joy-Con.
The company is claiming that drift was a “hidden defect,” that breaks the Consumer Protection Act, and they’re looking for restitution.
Lambert Avocat is now gathering more info from people who are suffering from drift in order to further the lawsuit.
Nintendo was sued as recently as last November over this matter
