GTA The Trilogy Edition was released last year to many complaints from critics and players, for the many issues the games had. It seems, however, that the sales of the collection were not harmed by the criticisms. In its investor presentation on Monday, Rockstar owner Take-Two released updated lifetime shipment figures for the Grand Theft Auto franchise, which revealed that the franchise sold around ten million copies of a non-GTA V game.

Obviously, this doesn’t necessarily mean that all of the ten million copies were of the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition, but the likelihood does point to that making up the majority of the sales. This is especially true given that the last sales update was right before the release of the remasters.
