Senran Kagura is a fantastic series that hosts a league of lovely anime women in a variety of activities. This game is in a surprise twist a pinball game. Pinball is a fun game that has been played for years and it is always cool to see a game like this blown up in proportions. Senran Kagura might not be the childish version of pinball but it is a blast to play.

Peach Ball has a pretty beefy story mode with five different stories to play through. Each of these center around one of the girls who have turned into an animal girl. While at first, it might just seem like a sexy gimmick, there is, in fact, some deeper thinking involved. The characters need to be broken from their state and lead to the magic pinball machine.

The stories are voiced in Japanese and it works for it. It’s simply a riveting story, and with 25 games of pinball to play within, players should get a feel for how fun pinball can be. Plus as players complete the story sections they will see a picture of the girls to completion. Plus the credits to the stories is also another fun example of how hilarious pinball plus giant women can be.

The pinball is the major draw for this game. I have always loved pinball, and playing such a cool version is great. I’d honestly like to see Pokemon Pinball make a reappearance, as that was one of my favorite Gameboy games.

Pinball is quite a challenging game to play and master. There are even goals to achieve. It’s great completing goals while playing. These goals might not all be easy to complete, but that is part of the battle. I can’t help but continue to play, to complete all of the goals.

There might not be many different pinball machines, but the different cosmetic looks make them worth playing. I enjoy activating the different parts of the boards. By doing so players can rack up the points and continue rising the leaderboards.

When players continue to play on the board, they will soon send the girl into the big top. In the big top, the player will begin a minigame, where they can gain some more points. These minigames are great because there is a huge multiplier that pops up as players say for instance hit a popcorn cart. This also leads to a rather risque attack on the girl.

There is a shop in which players can buy cosmetic items and other interesting goodies. These goodies can be anything from new balls to art from the game. Though the cosmetics are what shine as they help to make the game the players. Choosing what the girls look like is a highlight to the series and helps customize it to each player.

The characters are one of the highlights of the game, and without them, this game wouldn’t have much to stand on. I enjoy seeing the girls interact with each other and with the world inside the pinball machine. So being able to change how they look, is just another solid addition to a great game.

There is a diorama mode where players can also pose the girls in a variety of ways. With five girls to pose there is a lot of fun to be had. This mode might just be an extra mode but it certainly shouldn’t be discounted. It can be interesting mixing and matching the characters so fit different photo styles.

Senran Kagura Peach Ball might not be a game for everyone but for anyone who enjoys this series they will surely enjoy this. Plus if someone is just dying to play an over the top pinball game I’m sure this game will scratch that itch. While, not the fullest game, it is certainly a game that can be picked up anytime, and that is a good thing. Peach Ball is a fun game and one that people who are old enough will certainly enjoy. These girls are trapped as animals, and need help will the player save them all?
