Microids has announced the return of the classic Data East game Joe & Mac : Caveman Ninja. The franchise will make its return in 2022 thanks to Mr. Nutz Studio.
Originally released in the early 90’s on Japanese soil as an arcade game, Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja is an arcade/platformer, playable solo or in cooperation. This new iteration of the game, developed by Mr. Nutz Studio will invite players to go back to the Prehistoric Age and embody Prehistoric Men.
Microids has stated this is more than just a remake and will have new features like an original adventure mode with new levels.

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen these two characters, and their return will delight old fans and new players alike.”
Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja will be available in 2022 on consoles and PC, more information will come soon.
