Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer, has revealed that the company has entered into a 10-year commitment to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo platforms, assuming that the merger between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard King goes through. Spencer noted that “Microsoft is committed to helping bring more games to more people – however they choose to play.”
Even though things haven’t been absolutely finalized, Spencer and other executives have talked about their future plans and has previously expressed interest in bringing the series to Nintendo Platforms.
Call of Duty has not seen a Nintendo release for almost a decade, with the last release being Call of Duty Ghosts for the Wii U back in 2013.
