In an update to a previous story about New Japan Pro Wrestling Announcing a video game, it was announced today during NJPW’s stream that Fire Pro Wrestling On Steam and PS4 will receive official New Japan content. This is a first for the series, which until now has never received any official endorsements from any wrestling company.
Among the content is a confirmed Story Mode. In this mode, you will enter as a young lion, go on excursion and join a faction before going on to become IWGP champion.
It was also noted that the PS4 version of the game will be out in time for the New Japan Pro Wrestling G1 climax.
This is a great time to be a wrestling fan.
