Nintendo has released a statement regarding the labor complaint filed with the National Labor Relations Board, where an unnamed employee claimed that Nintendo of America and hiring firm Aston Carter violated their legally protected right to unionize.
Nintendo has stated that the complaint comes from “a contractor who was previously terminated for the disclosure of confidential information and for no other reason” and that it “intends to cooperate with the investigation conducted by the NLRB.”
