This predictably did not go over well with fans,. However, Nintendo has heard the outcry and changed the bio once again. Now it mentions that he hasn’t retired from plumbing
“his occupation is plumber. However, his activity is not confined to that area”.
Nintendo gave the fans what they wanted.
