Square Enix revealed at the end of January that the demo Octopath Traveler demo been downloaded over one million times. However, the number has grown since that time and Square Enix announced this week that the demo has been downloaded 1.3 million times.
The news was part of the announcement for the official soundtrack for the game, which Square Enix is releasing in July in Japan. These numbers bode very well for the game’s sales after release, which we are excited about.
