Sora from Kingdom Hearts is a character that many fans want in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, but it seems that will not happen and not because of reluctance from Nintendo.
On a recent episode of the Kinda Funny Gamescast, Imran Khan claimed that Nintendo “absolutely approached Disney about it once.” and noted that Disney is the one blocking anything from happening, citing it is Disney Japan specifically preventing Sora’s inclusion.
While Khan’s comments can’t be confirmed at this time, it does make a certain amount of sense. If it is true, Sora likely won’t be one of the fighters we’ll be seeing in the Fighters Pass 2 for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
