Its that time again, as Skyrim Special edition has gotten another wave of creation club updates. Join me as I take a look at them and deicde if each is worth it or not.

Crossbows 750 credits

Expanded crossbows pack adds 8 more crossbows and….thats it. This one is rather expensive and for all the content it brings, the value is not there. Yes some do a lot of damage, but this is a very expensive creation, with no additional quest at all. You can make better stuff in game via blacksmith forging and upgrading. All of the other offerings are better deals as you will soon see. This costs more than Hearthfire and yet for just 1 dollar you can get more out of other creations.

Armors 100 credits

There are two new armors added in this set.
Alt Stahrim armor and Alt Dwarven armors are surprisingly well priced, at only 1 dollar each and offer an interesting set of armor for each one. The new dwarven armor is nice and offers a very short sidequest that references Oblivion, but its the Stalhrim armor that should have your attention. If you have any Bethesda credits from the amount the publisher has given out, you might be able to get it for free, and it is currently the best armor you can get in game. The armor looks amazing, offers a massive amount of protection. These are rather small paid creations but they are well priced and the value is actually there this time.

Netch Leather Armor 600 credits

This is where things get interesting. This creation offers a new group of three armor sets, but the main draw is the questline. The questline is actually rather involved and manages to give you multiple ways to finish. There is a good ending and a bad ending to the quest and you might want to replay to get both endings.  You will also come across a group of friendly Rieklings whom you may need to help or use the third ending, which is an evil ending. No spoilers here but it makes the most sense to go for the good ending as that will get you the most value from the creation in the long run. I recommend this one as it is the best value for content next to Forgotten Seasons so far. It gives you a real sense of control over the questline and that is a great thing to have.

Weapons

Dawnfang and Duskfang 500 credits

This creation adds in a new quest in the Riften ratways and a small dungeon that can take 40 minutes to an hour to complete. Its not much but it is surprisingly fun. The dungeon is rather creative and the reward is a unique sword that changes depending on the time of day. In the day it is Dawnfang and at night it is Duskfang and its enchantment will change as well. There is also another sword available as a side objective called Bloodthirst that has its own unique enchantments. All of the swords have designs different from the main game and excellent stats. Its a little pricey though, so maybe wait for a bundle on this one and then get it.

Overall, this is a decent wave of creations with just one major disappointment. The creation club is coming along nicely and hopefully, the high quality and better prices keep up.
