When Sonic Origins was announced, many were concerned that Sonic 3 & Knuckles would be in the 4:3 aspect ratio instead of widescreen. This was due to the game being shown in that aspect ratio during the trailer unlike the other games.
No need to worry though as it was confirmed online by the social media management for Sega that Sonic 3 & Knuckles will be in widescreen as well.
Been seeing quite a few of you asking about Sonic 3 & Knuckles in Sonic Origins and whether or not we will see the game in widescreen there.
Just to clear that up…YES! Sonic 3 will also be widescreen!
