Treasure worked with Nicalis to port Ikaruga to Switch earlier this year, and it seems that there may be hope for Radiant Silvergun to come as well.
Treasure was asked by a fan on twitter about the possibility and their response was telling.
Radiant Silvergun. Switch. Yes, I planned to go with IKARUGA at the same time, but it stopped. Please wait. However, I can not promise.

It seems Treasure wanted to release Radiant Silvergun and Ikaruga on Switch around the same time, but something stopped that from happening. They still do want to to make it happen, but right now are not making any promises.
