In an update to our report on Sonic Colors Ultimate having a severe graphical glitch on the Switch version, it turns out there was a lot more to the story.
As it turns out, the glitches seem to have been faked using the Yuzu emulator and are not present in legitimate versions.
So apparently a dude used the Yuzu Emulator to run Sonic Colors Ultimate which resulted in all the SUPER WILD GLITCHES (Makes a lot of sense) and cuz such an uproar that it lead to Nintendo refunding money for a game that isn't actually that Glitched out…
