The gameplay reveal trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters has been released.
As mentioned before, the game will see the elite Grey Knights space marine chapter take on chaos in the form of Daemons of Nurgle.
Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters is a turn-based strategy RPG and is a follow-up to 1998’s Chaos Gate, which was a well-regarded tactical strategy game that was released shortly before the Third edition Warhammer 40 000 was released. The third edition radically changed the game and revamped the lore, which meant that the original Chaos Gate was quickly out of date both with how Warhammer was played and in terms of the franchise lore. Fortunately, this is something that should not affect the new game, which comes with a story by Aaron Dembski-Bowden.
