Castlevania fans may not be getting much from Konami for the 35th anniversary, but a team of fans are setting out to create their own anniversary project with the free unofficial Castlevania fangame, Castlevania: Seal of the Eclipse. This fangame is being made as a tribute to the NESS style Classicvanias and is patterned after Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon. The game’s goal is to show the battle of 1999 in a Classicvania style.
Seal of the Eclipse will be modelled after the Curse of the Moon games as mentioned, in addition to Castlevania 3. The game will have platforming with multiple player characters who each will have different strengths and weaknesses. No release date was given just yet but hopefully, we will hear more soon.
